Daily Requirement: The daily requirements for this vitamin are 15 mg Job: This vitamin is an antioxidant Common food sources: (healthy foods to eat) Almonds, Almond milk, Apricots, Asparagus, Brazil Nuts, Eggs, Kiwi, Mango, Peanuts, Peanut Butter, Pecans, Pistachios, Pumpkin Seeds, Spinach, Sesame seeds, Sunflower seeds, Vegetable oils, Walnuts, Nice and simple, that's how I roll.
