For those who are following along, lets continue on with our series on Vitamins and talk about Vitamin E. Here are the symptoms of this deficiency along with other important details and always if you suspect you are deficient or having health issues please, speak with your doctor about them: Better safe than sorry.

Daily Requirement: The daily requirements for this vitamin are 15 mg Job: This vitamin is an antioxidant Common food sources: (healthy foods to eat) Almonds, Almond milk, Apricots, Asparagus, Brazil Nuts, Eggs, Kiwi, Mango, Peanuts, Peanut Butter, Pecans, Pistachios, Pumpkin Seeds, Spinach, Sesame seeds, Sunflower seeds, Vegetable oils, Walnuts, Nice and simple, that's how I roll.
