Signs of Deficiency: Heart palpitation, shortness of breath, irritability, headaches, difficulty concentrating.
Daily Requirement: The daily requirements for this vitamin is 400 mcg. Job: This main role if this vitamin is to support our brain function. Common food sources _(healthy foods to eat): Asparagus, Beans, Berries, Eggs, Cantaloupe, Green Beans, Green peas, Kiwi, Lettuce, Lemon, Mango, Orange, Peanuts, Pineapple, Sunflower seeds, Nice and simple, that's how I roll.
