Portion Sizes

Lets talk about portion sizes. When starting to eat healthy this can be a confusing topic. You see a recipe or a guideline, and you have no idea what that "serving size" means or is. I find when we go out to eat, they serve way too much. It's simply too much food for us to eat at one time. So if you are trying to cut down on what you eat at a time, or trying to be healthy and uncertain of what a serving is, this portion size cheat sheet might be beneficial for you. I hope this helps,
